The Okuma Japan Patent Consulting is owned by Mr. Yuji Okuma (me), who is an expert in process of obtaining patents in Japan. I am familiar with both Japan patent law and international treaties. I served at the Japan Patent Office (JPO) for over thirty years as a patent examiner, administrative judge of the board of appeal, and in managerial posts.
